The Role
Our GymbaRoo teachers are responsible for the delivery of the GymbaROO program. A commitment to children and their developmental needs is essential.

Planning skills are required to ensure that different ages and stages are catered for in each class.

As a GymbaROO teacher, the vision, mission, and values of the brand will live in all that is done, each day serving the community of parents, carers and children.

Neuro-educationally trained teachers run our classes. Our teaching teams are the local experts in child neuro-development. We inspire and care deeply about the parents/carers and child's development.

Working to help ensure that the child is given the best opportunities to lay down the crucial foundations for later learning, working towards maximising his/her real potential.

Key Accountabilities

• Follow the GymbaROO
• KindyROO program and visualization theme.

Use GymbaROO

• KindyROO music as written within the program.
• Talk about and have a thorough understanding of the week's theme, neurological theme and movement theme.
• Ensure families know how to use the Parent Portal (Autopilot).
• Ensure families know how to use the visualization book correctly
• Uphold and demonstrate the Company's vision, mission, and values by upholding the charter.
• Adhere to Company systems and procedures as outlined in Op Central.
• Deliver the Company's products and services in line with the culture.
• Adhere to the Company Client Management System Op Central.
• Utilise the support and expertise of other Company Champions.
• Provide regular customer feedback and updates.
• Be warm and welcoming for all families new and old.
• Low physical activity involved
• At all time compliance with all internal policies and external legislative and regulatory requirements
• Be aware that we do not diagnose children's health or developmental issues or make referrals. When a concern arises, ensure this is communicated to the Franchisee or Franchisor. They may make suggestions, or they may access the Ask Dr Tessa Forum to seek advice as to the most appropriate action and suggestions for parents.
• Attend planning meetings.
• Attend staff meetings/webinars to improve knowledge and qualifications.
• Adhere to the Company Client Management System Op Central.
• Utilise the support and expertise of other Company Champions

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Tertiary or Post-Secondary Education
• Working With Children's Check (WWCC)
• National Police Check
