The Sustainability Coordinator will play a crucial role in advancing the organisation's ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) agenda. The primary responsibility will be focused on supporting the implementation of the governance environment within EBOS Medtech. Specifically, for developing and supporting robust governance processes, which are critical for ensuring effective decision-making and the successful implementation of the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy across the Executive Leadership Team (ELT). This role plays a pivotal part in aligning the organisation's operations with its ESG goals, ensuring accountability, transparency, and sustainability in its practices.


Reporting to the Quality, Sustainability and Governance Manager, the Sustainability Coordinator will collaborate with various departments within the organisation to support the implementation of the ESG Strategy.

In this role, you will be responsible for analysing data, providing enhanced insights, and generating reports to facilitate continuous improvements in ESG performance.


The key responsibilities for the Sustainability and Governance Coordinator will be:

  • Work closely with the ESG strategy team to understand the overarching goals and objectives, participate in strategy sessions, offer insights based on data analysis, and suggest improvements
  • Develop a digital document management system to store, organise, categorise and easily retrieve documents
  • Create and update a Gantt chart that tracks the progress of ESG initiatives against planned timelines. Regularly review and adjust the chart as needed to reflect any changes in priorities or deadlines.
  • Develop templates for meeting agendas and notes to ensure consistency
  • Distribute agendas well in advance and take comprehensive notes during meetings, highlighting action items and responsibilities
  • Gather and analyse ESG data to support the development of comprehensive reports. Ensure these reports are accurate, transparent, and align with relevant reporting standards.
