The Role


Our Penrith site is located in Greater Western Sydney on the banks of the Nepean River and manufactures a range of more than 50 milk-based products (145 million litres of product every year) - receiving and processing milk 24 hours per day, seven days per week, 365 days a year We proudly source milk from around 60 dairy farms across NSW and are passionate about supporting local products.


Working across Warehouse and Logistics this DC Operator - Cool room role will see you managing product storage and movement of product within the cool room with the use of manual handling equipment including forklifts - so a Forklift licence is essential to be considered for this position.

You will also be responsible for undertaking stocktakes and Chep counts, management of damaged stock and accurate recording of all waste, coupled with the loading and unloading of trailers.


We have two day shift positions both 5a.m - 1p.m, one position working Monday to Friday and one position working Tuesday to Saturday.


Responsibilities:

  • Picking orders using RF guns and loading /unloading of refrigerated trailers
  • Warehousing duties including operating a forklift
  • Collection of stock from production lines and storing appropriately
  • Liaising with truck drivers, vendors, LRT drivers as required
  • Rotation of stock and ensuring the cool room is clean and free from milk spills and waste accumulation
About you- FMCG manufacturing and/or warehousing logistics experience- Forklift (LF) licence and experience- Can-do attitude, ability to work autonomously and a good team player- Commitment to team work and safe working practices- A commitment to safety
