We are currently recruiting for an experienced Legal Secretary for a highly reputable firm supporting the Property Partner/Director. Located in beautiful, corporate offices located in the CBD, this role is perfect for an individual who has a strong background as a Legal Secretary in property and is detail-oriented, driven, and a true team player. Our client's firm boasts a strong culture focussed on teamwork and camaraderie, with a significant emphasis on culture/social bonding. We seek a candidate eager to grow within the firm, become a key player in the support area, and contribute to their long-term success.

THE ROLE

  • Management of diaries, emails, and calendars to assist in the firm's operations and contribute to continued success
  • Drafting, editing, and formatting specific legal documents to a high standard, ensuring professionalism and clarity
  • Opening, closing, and archiving files
  • Liaison and relationship building with clients - this firm has a strong base of repeat clients, so building and maintaining these relationships is essential
  • General ad-hoc duties as required
  • Contributing to company culture through leadership and active participation in company events and upholding cultural values

ABOUT YOU

  • You have a strong background as a Legal Secretary, specifically in property
  • Knowledge of property settlements
  • Strong attention to detail and a dedicated work ethic
  • Excellent communication skills, with a professional demeaner
  • A client-focussed mindset with a tendency to always exceed expectations
  • Active contributor to company events and a desire to build strong working relationships within the team
  • Experience with PEXA ideal but not essential

FINE PRINT

  • Salary of $75-85K+s dependent on experience.
  • Working hours are 8:30am-5:30pm, with hybrid work available upon completion of probation
