About the company:

About the role:

  • Undertaking claims from start to completion/decision
  • Investigation claims and making determining decisions in line with relevant policies and legislation
  • Providing advice and interpretation both over the phone and in writing
  • Liaising with stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Undertaking any other administration tasks as part of the claims process

About you:

  • You will have previous experience working within a case management capacity handling large and complex claims
  • You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You will have previous experience working with policies, procedures and legislation
  • You will be autonomous and have excellent time management and organisational skills
  • You will have great customer and stakeholder skills and comfortable having difficult conversations on occasions
  • You will be comfortable working to strict timeframes in relation to completion of tasks
