About the Role:
We are seeking experienced Production Machine Operators to join our manufacturing facility in Clyde North.


As a Production Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating our Light Gauge Steel Machine and other specialized equipment to manufacture steel framing products.

The manufacturing process focuses on safety and quality.

You will receive ongoing technical training on our specialized machines and software such as FrameBuilder or Vertex.

This is a full-time position, but we also consider casual and part-time positions on request.

Available Shifts:
Monday to Friday Day Shift 7:30am to 3:30pm Afternoon Shift 4:00pm to 12:00am

About You:

  • Experience working in a fastpaced manufacturing environment, specifically with steel framing processes and roll forming.
  • Experience with FrameBuilder or Vertex software
  • Strong arithmetic and geometry skills
  • Great attitude and willingness to learn
  • Resilient in the face of challenge
  • Physically fit with capable manual handling techniques
  • A strong commitment to OH&S policies and procedures
  • Good communication skills & able to work within a team environment
  • Forklift license would be beneficial

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Part-time hours: 38 per week

Salary:
$ $33.25 per hour
