Join our team as a Guest Services Attendant at The Star Brisbane. The Star Brisbane, located at the heart of the new Queen's Wharf Brisbane precinct, is set to become Australia's latest entertainment and leisure destination with a variety of unique entertainment options, top-notch hotels, dining venues, bars, luxury retail outlets, gaming facilities, and a state-of-the-art Event Centre, changing the way people will enjoy, shop, and socialize in the river city.

A few of your responsibilities
  • Maintaining a customer focus
  • Handling customer queries
  • Maintaining knowledge of our property and promoting current promotions
  • Completing car park and access validations
What we will be looking for
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Passion and enthusiasm for providing 5-star customer service
  • Previous experience with hotel operating systems

Successful candidates will excel in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a safe environment for guests and team members. You should be passionate about customer service and committed to creating memorable experiences for guests throughout their stay at The Star Brisbane.

The $3.6 billion Queen's Wharf Brisbane development is being undertaken by Destination Brisbane Consortium – a joint venture involving The Star Entertainment Group. When finalized, Queen's Wharf Brisbane will introduce four new luxury hotels, over 50 food and beverage experiences, luxury retail outlets, and the restoration of nine heritage buildings.
