We are seeking an experienced
Laundry Hand/Cleaner for our Ascot Waters
Home

About the role:


As a
Laundry Hand/Cleaner, you will work to a roster ensuring cleaning services and duties are completed in line with our quality control and safety standards.


About you:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role (ideally within an Aged Care/Home Care setting but not essential)
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and autonomously
  • Sound knowledge of hygienic cleaning practices, chemical handling and infection control
  • A genuine interest in elderly care and the desire to improve the lives of our residents
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding the role can be physically demanding at times
  • Understanding of safety including manual handling practices
  • Ability to work a mix of varying shifts
