Bristile Roofing, a member of the Brickworks Group and a national provider of roofing services to builders, is looking to hire a customer-focused Metal Roofing Service Representative to join our team at Wacol, Queensland.
***
Reporting to the Roofing Operations Manager, you will ensure that jobs are installed as specified by customers, in accordance with legislation and standards and as efficiently as possible utilising available resources.
***
Duties include but are not limited to
***- Conduct on-site inspections and measures.

  • Inspect and report on installation and product warranty claims.
  • Investigate customer service requests, resolve where possible.
  • Provide technical advice and support to contractors and staff.
  • Supervise completion of all works.
  • Attend regular meetings with the manager and team members.
  • Allocate works using OSC system and maintain the system with up to date supporting evidence.

Success Requirements
***- Roofing experience, preferably in metal roofing.

  • Ability to read and understand building plans.
  • Strong knowledge of the building industry.
  • Advanced customer service, problemsolving, and communication skills.
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
