About the Role
A sustainable and environmental-friendly cleaning company is seeking a Rostering Administration Officer to join their team in Northern Victoria.

This full-time office-based role will be responsible for all rostering, scheduling and administration functions provided by the business. Ensuring a reactive approach to rostering and scheduling jobs according to company policies and processes is imperative.

Duties:

  • Organize employee rosters using the company software
  • Assign suitable staff for a particular service
  • Identify and report hazards to Management
  • Present recommendations beneficial to environmental and overall quality improvement
  • Liaise with staff and clients in a timely manner
  • Ensure that all company KPIs are met
  • Other administrative duties as required

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in staff rostering and scheduling
  • Current Police Check (advantageous)
  • Current Working With Children Check (WWCC) (advantageous)
  • Current Driver's license
  • Advanced computer proficiency
  • Familiarity with rostering software
  • Knowledge of workplace hazard (safety) identification
  • Compassionate, empathic, and nonjudgmental personality
  • Professional and able to maintain confidentiality
  • Selfmotivated and excellent multitasking skills
  • Adaptable and wellrounded
  • Attention to details
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
