The Cleaning person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment.

The Maintenance Person's responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Filtering oil fryers daily
  • Washing all trays, grill cleaning and store floors
  • Clean equipment, crew rooms, stock rooms and restrooms
  • Take out and empty trash, recycling
  • Change light bulbs

Qualifications

  • Available to work 10pm6am
  • Excellent track record of adhering to scheduling and attendance requirements
  • Can take on responsibilities, and manage priorities with mínimal guidance
  • Manages time effectively and prioritizes completing tasks to meet deadlines
  • Capable of lifting up to 30lbs
  • Available to work without guidance
