The Company is a well-established flexible packaging specialist, having been in operation for over 35 years.

Due to recent growth the company has an exciting opportunity for a skilled and dedicated Slitter Operator to join their team.


As a Slitter Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining a Slitter to ensure the efficient and accurate slitting of materials according to specifications.

You will play a crucial role in the production process, contributing to the delivery of top-notch products. This is a full-time permanent position with both a day and afternoon shift currently available.

The Role:

  • Set up and operate Slitting equipment
  • Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment
  • Troubleshoot issues
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimise production processes

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience operating Slitting equipment
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Work well within a team environment
  • Excellent attention to detail

Negotiable for the right person, the remuneration guide is from $27 (shift loading applicable for afternoon shift). _
