Concert Usher (Contractor)
Location:
Ballarat St Patrick's Cathedral Hall
Date:22-March-2024 (There will be 1 or 2 concerts per week location maybe various)
Shift Hours:3.30pm to 10.30pm
Responsibilities:
- Arrange candles
- Welcome and assist guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Guide patrons to their seats and provide assistance as needed.
- Ensure a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for all attendees.
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide helpful information.
- Collaborate with fellow ushers and event staff to maintain smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Friendly and approachable attitude.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Enthusiasm for live music and events.
- Punctuality and reliability.
