Short term project requires a HSE Advisor for a DIDO role from Perth


Unite Resourcing has been engaged by a top-tier EPCM company, to source an HSE Advisor to join their team on a short-term contract.

The Role

Roster:
DIDO (drive in drive out) 5:2 (Work Mon-Fri, home weekends)

Location: 2hrs from Perth CBD

Pay rate:
$75ph flat rate + meal and fuel allowances - accommodation provided

Duration:
Commence ASAP to mid August

About You


Hold a relevant Bachelors Degree or Cert IV in WHS/OHS.Experience with pre-starts, incident investigation and policy procedureBe able to demonstrate thorough knowledge of WHSE legislationA minimum of 2-3 years experience in a similar roleHave a valid drivers license and vehicleMust be able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen.


Responsibilities:
Assist the Corporate and Project WHSE Managers in identifying gaps in systems and procedures.
Facilitate risk assessments and reviews for projects.
Champion positive change, behavioural safety, and innovative safety practices.
Manage all site WHSE documentation.
Investigate incidents and injuries thoroughly and recommend preventive measures.
Analyse safety data to identify trends and proactively address issues.
Enhance the safety culture by building leadership capacity among site operational leaders.
Maintain a strong on-site presence, focusing on engaging employees and contractors in safety programs.
Ensure projects are delivered safely.
