In the role as a BIM Project Coordinator, you will be will be responsible for coordinating and managing BIM processes and procedures across a range of exciting projects that make a difference in society within the Health sector.

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage BIM processes and procedures across various projects
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Ensure BIM models and documents are accurate, uptodate and meet project requirements
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members
  • Participate in design and coordination meetings
  • Provide training and mentoring to team members as required
  • Work closely with the project teams, liaising with all stakeholders including clients, architects, consultants, and contractors.
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field in the BIM Space
  • Current local experience working in a BIM coordination or
hybrid technician/BIM coordinator role

  • Strong knowledge of BIM software, including Revit, Navisworks & Drofus is desired
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the Health sector is desirable but not essential strong experience on larger scale projects $60 million upwards
  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
