JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking an Oracle ERP Consultant to join our dynamic team in Townsville, Australia.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide expert-level support to clients utilizing Oracle ERP systems, addressing inquiries, issues, and technical challenges promptly and effectively.
Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical problems related to Oracle ERP modules, customizations, and integrations.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, requirements, and pain points, offering tailored solutions and recommendations.
Implement and oversee solutions to optimize clients' Oracle ERP system performance, functionality, and user experience.
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of Oracle ERP system upgrades, patches, and migrations.

Create and deliver comprehensive technical documentation, user guides, and training materials to empower clients to make the most of their Oracle ERP systems.

Participate in regular status meetings and communicate project progress, issues, and resolutions effectively to clients and internal stakeholders.

Stay up to date with Oracle ERP system developments, updates, and industry trends to provide informed insights and recommendations to clients.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Participate in knowledge-sharing activities, contributing to the growth and development of the Oracle ERP support team.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven experience as an Oracle ERP Consultant, with a focus on providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance.

In-depth knowledge of Oracle ERP modules, configurations, and customizations, including but not limited to Finance, Procurement, EPM, Assets, Work Management, Reporting and Analytics.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effectively interacting with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
Experience with Oracle ERP implementation, upgrades, and migrations is a plus.
Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
