- Develop, implement and review the curriculum and pedagogy for the disengaged students support program
- Assist with placement of students into flexible learning environment as a targeted intervention
- Communication with parents/carers to establish working relationship for intervention and support
- Collaboratively collecting and analysing data to support the development and implementation of the FIP- analysis and use of attendance data, behaviour data, academic reporting data, effort data, staff and student feedback to support program decision-making. Track & gather student data and report to HoD Engagement and Deputy of Student Inclusion and Wellbeing
- Demonstrated capacity to provide curriculum leadership
- Providing support and resources for the embedding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Histories and Cultures in Faculties
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to develop and sustain productive relationships
- ability to reflect on staff and student relationships to improve interpersonal skills and leadership capability
- Capacity to use analytical skills to contribute to educational outcomes at a faculty level
