We have a fantastic opportunity for an Outreach Coordinator to be part of our Albany outreach centre team. As the Outreach Coordinator, your goal is to create a positive and inclusive environment, engaging clients in meaningful activities, and fostering a sense of community.

At our outreach facility, we offer a variety of fun activities like arts & crafts, board games, quizzes, and team games. This safe and social space allows clients to interact, build connections, and feel a sense of belonging.

Day-to-day responsibilities include planning engaging activities, supervising staff and volunteers, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all. You will also provide support with personal hygiene and daily tasks.

Requirements:

• Minimum Cert III in Individual Support, Community Services, or equivalent
• Experience in team leadership or supervision
• Exposure to program planning and delivery
• NDIS workers screening check
• Current CPR Certificate
