How will I help?

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee and manage the accounts payable function within the organisation.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payment transactions.
  • Monitor and maintain information, resolving discrepancies and working with procurement/related parties to solver supplier related queries.
  • Review and reconcile accounts payable ledger to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain efficient accounts payable processes and internal controls.
  • Prepare and analyse financial reports related to accounts payable.
  • Assist in audits (internal and external), including control review and assessment, and support other financial reporting requirements.

What do I need?

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • CPA, CA, ACCA or related professional certification is a plus.
  • Previous leadership or management experience
  • Proficiency in Financial and accounting processes.
  • Knowledge of tax and compliance regulations related to accounts payable.
  • Proficient in ERP accounting software (e.g. Oracle/SAP)
