You'll contribute to:

  • Standard Operating Environment (SOE) creation, customisations, delivery and deployment.
  • Own, drive and deliver the resolution of daytoday incidents/requests relating to SOE/Application Packaging impacting business services
  • Contribute to the technical resolution of critical and major business outages impacting the operating environment, engaging other resources to drive resolution activities
  • Visual Basic Script (VBS) and PowerShell script creation, debugging and modification.

A bit about you:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a technical support role
  • Demonstrated ability to handle a number of complex tasks concurrently and the ability to adapt quickly to changing environments.
  • Maturity and confidence to liaise with a range of internal customers and stakeholders and the ability to communicate simple technical information in a condensed manner.
