1300SMILES Chinchilla is seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join our professional, long standing practice. We are busy, and growing

Responsibilities:

  • Assist our Clinicians in providing high-quality dental care to patients
  • Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for dental procedures
  • Sterilise and maintain dental instruments and equipment
  • Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-operative care
  • Schedule and coordinate patient appointments
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols
  • Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a smooth workflow and exceptional patient experience

Our successful candidate:

  • Experience as a Dental Assistant, and knowledge of dental software programs.
  • Willing to learn and positive attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Adaptability & flexibility
  • Respectful and professional person who demonstrates exceptional moral values in everything you do
