The opportunity
GWW is on a mission to deliver stable customer bills and to help achieve this commitment we need experienced transformation project leaders.
Be a part of a cross-functional and energised transformation team tasked with redesigning GWW's operating model to be more effective and efficient. Reporting to the Program Manager, Enterprise Transformation, you will lead a project stream focussed on designing and delivering new ways of working for key business activities. This is a multi-year program offering the opportunity to make a significant impact on GWW's future, our people, and both the community and customers we serve. Responsibilities
- Drive the achievement of project outcomes including the design of new ways of working and the delivery of any no-regrets efficiency savings identified during the design phase.
- Lead a program of codesign workshops that motivate stakeholders to think differently about how they could work in the future.
- Ensure the proposed solutions are enabled with a whole of system approach including the documentation of processes, alignment to organisational culture, the creation of business cases, or the development of policy, KPIs or other governance mechanisms.
- Build confidence in recommended solutions through thorough impact analysis that considers both the wellness of our people and our financial position.
- Create positive, open, and trusting relationships with all stakeholders and delivery partners.
Skills & Experience
- Extensive experience in identifying and delivering non technology driven transformation initiatives.
- Sound knowledge of enterprise operating models, capability models, business process improvement and assessing opportunities.
- Demonstrated leadership in projects that required influencing and guiding business change.
- Proficient project management skills and a track record of delivering improvement outcomes.
- Desired tertiary qualification related to Business, Business Management, Commerce, Engineering or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training.
You must have full working rights in Australia for the duration of these positions to be eligible to apply.
