You will be part of a dynamic working environment which will provide opportunity for ongoing training and support throughout your career.

This is a client facing role that will see you on the road in and around North Brisbane, Gold Coast, and Ipswich.


To succeed in the role:

Must have but not limited to:

  • Have suitable and relevant qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Supported Independent Living (SIL) and a strong understanding of NDIS / ROC
  • Experience with behavioural management plans, restrictive practices and behaviours of concerns / high medical needs, manual handling, and medications
  • Demonstrated capacity to manage critical issues and deal with challenging situations
  • A sound understanding of the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding framework
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written, including welldeveloped negotiation, conflict management and resolution.
  • Hold an unrestricted driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • Open to undergo preemployment checks including current NDIS Worker Screening
  • Relevant immunisation paperwork
  • Time management and organisational skills & ability to manage competing priorities
