The Work Safety Group seeks an individual passionate about supporting ACTPS employees to find new job opportunities by joining our redeployment team.
The position will implement the ACT Government redeployment framework by working closely with a range of internal stakeholders, including rehabilitation case managers and human resource advisors, to navigate complex and sensitive employment matters.
The successful individual will be comfortable making difficult decisions with diplomacy and tact.The role is suited to an experienced officer with a can-do attitude who can contribute to a positive workplace culture and enjoys achieving results.
