Faststream is currently looking for an Electrical CMC/VMC Surveyor to join a leading classification society. They are looking for someone to join the team in Newcastle.

The role
As an Electrical CMC/VMC Surveyor you will responsible for the certification of materials and components for vessels and offshore installations. You will be visiting various manufacturers and suppliers to ensure marine equipment meets the relevant regulations. This will be a mobile role covering the geographical area in and around Newcastle.

About you?
  • Master/bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering (or other relevant disciplines)
  • Experience within the Maritime industry
  • Experience with Dynamic Positioning and Control & Monitoring Systems experience
  • Valid Drivers' License
