ABOUT THE POSITION.

Mentoring juniors, managing projects from start to finish and being responsible to growing the civil team to deliver on projects will be the cornerstone of a successful candidate. In addition to this you will provide your expertise and experience where needed and be involved in the development and management of the consultancy.

DUTIES.

  • Liaise with clients, relevant team members and stakeholders
  • Site inspections
  • Manage projects and the team to ensure project timelines are met
  • Deliver civil engineering designs and calculations
  • Mentor, train, and develop junior engineers
  • Manage the civil drafting team
  • Engage in business development


SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

  • Proven local experience working on high rise residential projects
  • Proficient with Music, Drains and Hec-Ras
  • Proficient with Civil 3D or 12D
  • Bachelor Degree within Civil Engineering
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proven ability to manage a team for project delivery
  • High level of business development acumen
