Job Description:


We are seeking the expertise of an organised and proactive Team Assistant to provide a high level of administrative support to our Industrial team.


Based in the Parramatta office, this role presents you with a fantastic opportunity to utilise and further enhance your strong administration and interpersonal skills.

You will proactively support a team of high performing Operators by providing secretarial and administrative support to produce accurate, timely and high-quality reporting and documentation for clients.


Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Co-ordinate the collation of reports, marketing materials, submissions, and other documentation, including typing, photocopying, binding.
  • Coordinating and participating in team meetings.
  • Preparation of general correspondence including composition of memos, minutes, and letters.
  • Ongoing management of critical information spreadsheets.
  • Reconcile and action invoices and expenses as necessary.
  • Manage team travel, ensuring cost effective airfares and ground transport are arranged.
  • Database management, ensuring accurate entry of information.

Qualifications:

The skills and experience you will bring to this role include:

  • Recent and relevant administration experience demonstrating skills in a similar transferrable role.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Suite
  • Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional time management & organisational skills.
  • A motivated selfstarter with a positive and proactive approach to teambased initiatives.
  • Experience using InDesign will be an advantage.
  • A real estate or property background is highly regarded, but not necessary.
  • High attention to detail coupled with strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
