Position:
Manufacturing Manager
As the Manufacturing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our manufacturing operations.

Your primary goal will be to ensure the efficient and cost-effective production of our automotive products while maintaining the highest quality standards.

You will lead a team of production supervisors and technicians, fostering a culture of teamwork, continuous improvement, and adherence to safety guidelines.


Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing manufacturing strategies to optimize production processes, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
  • Managing the production schedule and capacity planning to meet customer demand and achieve ontime delivery targets.
  • Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborating with crossfunctional teams, including engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain, to ensure smooth production flow and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Leading and motivating a diverse team of production supervisors and technicians, providing coaching and development opportunities.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and promoting a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing management role, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, process optimization, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and leading a production team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different levels of the organization.
