The Team
The Enterprise Change Management Office (ECMO) is part of the Enterprise Transformation Branch and consists of specialists in change and communications. They support and drive change initiatives within the AEC, aiming to prepare and equip staff for organizational transformation.
The Opportunities
The ECMO is looking for Executive Level 1 Assistant Directors to join their team on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis. The role involves leading change management and communication efforts, collaborating with stakeholders, and enhancing the organization's change capabilities.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in leading high-performing teams and implementing change management principles effectively.
- Ability to manage teams independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including conflict resolution and strategic communication.
- Experience in overseeing corporate functions like budgeting, procurement, and human resources.
- Demonstrated capability in delivering quality reports and executive summaries.
Eligibility Criteria
- All AEC employees must be Australian citizens.
- No individual actively involved in political activities and likely to compromise the AEC's neutrality can apply.
- Successful candidates must undergo character and security clearance checks.
- Psychometric testing may be part of the recruitment process.
