About the Role
You'll be part of a significant program of water infrastructure projects.

Reporting to the Approvals Team Leader; you'll join a team to spearhead the execution of high-level environmental advice crucial to the success of various dam improvement projects.

Your role will involve:
  • Leading environmental assessments
  • Managing and attaining challenging environmental approvals for various water infrastructure projects and programs
  • Approvals coordination
  • Negotiations with internal/external stakeholders including landowners, local and state governments
  • Strategic development of environmental approvals
  • High-level negotiations with government bodies
Skills | Experience | Qualifications

Essential Criteria:
  • Hold tertiary qualifications in Environmental Management, Engineering, Planning, Science, or any other related fields
  • Have a strong understanding of environmental regulations
  • Have strong experience in strategic oversight and experience with challenging approvals
Advantageous Skills & Experience:
  • Experience and understanding of environmental aspects of dam planning, investigation and construction activities and relevant environmental considerations
