The Group Aftersales team is focused on delivering an exceptional ownership experience for customers with Volkswagen, Škoda, CUPRA and Audi vehicles. The team works closely with our dealer network to ensure vehicle servicing, repairs, maintenance, spare parts, accessories, technical support and customer care are delivered to the highest standards for our customers.

About your new Role

This role reports into our Warranty Operations Manager based in our Zetland office 3 days per week and 2 from home. In this role you will be responsible for the adjudication of warranty claims put through via our dealer network in line with VGA Global policies, standards and procedures across all 5 brands within our group.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Adherence to the VGA claims quality standards through quality analysis of Warranty claims with our dealer network
  • Advise, guide and support dealers through problem solving, operational and technical knowledge throughout the claims process
  • Conduct Warranty and Goodwill claim Adjudication in detail through Business intelligence tools, Flag areas of improvement and provide feedback
  • Support Warranty Operations Manager in ad hoc complex warranty topics and projects involving internal and external stakeholders
  • Communication through email and phone for claims and dealer related tasks

About you
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following:

  • Strong experience within insurance claims, warranties or similar preferred
  • Automotive understanding from a technician, customer service or dealer related role preferred or knowledge of Volkswagen Group brands desirable
  • Extensive communication skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with Microsoft office suite, systems and BI tools preferred
  • Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills
  • Practical problem solving skills with an operational focus
