What's the role?

Our Truganina Print Centre is currently seeking a casual employee who is able to work night shift between the hours 6pm-6am, 10-20 hours a week across a 7 day roster.

You will be responsible for carrying out manual work which

will include:

• Operation of machinery.
• Feeding inserts from a pallet to a machine
• Packaging newspapers in a timely manner and within allocated timeframes.
• Ensure the safe operation of machinery at all times.
• Inserting magazines into newspapers
• Emptying of backtrays and stacking of insertion products
• General house cleaning

Who you are?

To be successful, you will have:

• Previous experience working in a factory or manufacturing environment involving process working or pick/packing will be seen as advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Collaborative team player approach to your work.
• Strong adherence to safety policies and standards including wearing all required PPE.
• Manual Handling capability is essential.
• Ability to work effectively in a timeconstrained environment.
• Highly adaptable to work in a jobrotation environment.
• Flexibility to work night shifts across a 7 day roster.
• Availability to cover additional shifts at short notice.
• LF forklift licence will be seen as advantageous
