About the Role

We are looking for a full-time Stores Technician to join our team at North Shore operations in Bunbury Port. This permanent role follows a 9-day fortnight lifestyle roster, offering you every second Friday off.

North Shore is vital for our Mineral Separation plant, playing a key role in processing Mineral Ore from sites across Western Australia and New South Wales.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Ensure the Warehousing function provides a safe and effective working environment.
• Meet MRO inventory targets and KPIs, ensuring availability of critical items.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in working capital and procedures.
• Investigate inventory deficiencies, recommend corrective actions, and implement changes.
• Conduct stock takes and maintain inventory procedures.
• Handle freight truck activities, including loading, dispatch, and packing.
• Utilize SAP for transactional activities and reports.

To succeed in this role, you ideally have:

• 2-5 years of warehouse experience.
• A valid unrestricted C Class Drivers' Licence.
• A forklift operation High Risk Licence.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA – IM warehousing module.
• The ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of inventory control and purchasing processes.
