You will be required to exercise a high level of business acumen and relationship management to deliver effective performance across the organisation's corporate agreements to achieve our short and long-term business objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and lead the approach to managing corporate commercial agreements across the business, identifying opportunities to develop and leverage strategic relationships.
  • Ensure that all agreements accurately capture and reflect requirements and any changes are addressed with internal stakeholders and suppliers, and appropriately managed.
  • Draft, review and negotiate complex commercial agreements and identify any potential commercial risks and develop and implement solutions.
  • Provide interpretation and advice on policy, regulations, contract requirements and terms and conditions, to inform decisionmaking and proactively manage compliance.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualifications or significant demonstrated experience in Business, Commerce, Law or related disciplines.
  • Strong commercial negotiation skills and effective business relationshipbuilding abilities with exposure.
  • Understanding of import and export requirements, including Customers Regulations, Defence Trade Control Act and US International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
