The Company
Your new employer is a successful Australian business that have been in operation for over 50 years.

They have been leading a niche market in providing the building & construction industry with a range of high-quality products and expertise.

The company has continued to grow due to strong market share & a loyal, stable and growing client base. They are currently looking to secure a professional Customer Service Officer on a permanent Part-Time basis.

You will be joining a small and highly successful CS team and be based in their Western Sydney head office - with onsite parking and various perks.


The Role
PART-TIME and Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader your role will be fast paced and customer centric, responsibilities will include:

  • Handle all customer phone enquiries and provide exceptional customer service
  • Action invoicing, orders, stock enquiries, follow up calls to notify customers on back orders and maintain reports and database
  • Handle customer and sales phone enquiries prepare quotes
  • Prepare and action credits and stock returns
  • Assist in stock takes
  • Complete any other assignments and tasks as requested

Preferred Experience
years' experience in similar role ideally in a customer centric environment

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Commitment, energy, drive, initiative and passion with a pleasant and willing to help attitude
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently and meet set deadlines
  • Developed computer system and administrative skills
  • Ability to work in a friendly team environment
