Our specialty programs include Martial Arts, Ninja Warrior, Dance, Gymnastics, Parkour, Boxing and MFG Fit.

About the role

MyFirstGym Redbank Plains and Springfield are looking a Superstar Cheerleading and Tumble Coach to join their Team. This position is for Saturday mornings and has the possibility of increasing to more hours.


The role of a MyFirstGym Coach is to inspire children to fall in love with movement and fitness and help them to feel confident and motivated.

MyFirstGym Coaches are not just coaches, they are mentors, friends and role models who are
passionate about working with children.



We are a Coach to join our MFG Springfield and MFG Redbank Plains team.


With a mission to Inspire Movement, we're focused on mobilising our little members by offering programs that develop the skills kids need, while also encouraging kids to move their bodies in and out of our clubs.

We have classes across our timetable morning and afternoon, 7 days per week. Our coaches also assist with events and birthday parties on weekends.

Skills and experience

  • Experience working with children
  • First Aid & CPR Certificate
    (essential):
  • Working with children check
    (essential):
  • Experience in Cheerleading & Tumble
  • A passion for Health and Fitness
  • Ability to work well in a team environment


This role is all about inspiring the younger generation to grow up fit and healthy all while getting to do what you love.
