Position:

As the Contract Finishes Foreman, you will be responsible for managing the final phases of construction for our apartment project.

Your primary focus will be on coordinating and supervising all finishing activities, ensuring high-quality workmanship, adherence to project timelines, and compliance with safety standards.

You will collaborate closely with various teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to deliver a finished product that exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all finishing activities, including interior fitouts, painting, flooring, cabinetry installation, and more.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure efficient workflow and resource allocation.
• Monitor and enforce strict adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any issues or deviations from the project plan.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress, materials used, and any onsite incidents.
• Collaborate with Site Manager to provide timely updates on project status, challenges, and potential solutions.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, safety consciousness, and continuous improvement among the onsite workforce.

Qualifications:

• Trade qualified Carpenter
• Previous experience as a Finishes Foreman or similar role in the construction industry.
• Indepth knowledge of finishing techniques, materials, and industry best practices.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse workforce.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Detailoriented mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional quality results.
• Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget.
• Relevant certifications and training in construction management, safety protocols, or related fields are a plus.
