You'll play an active role in managing tactical day to day operational HR initiatives, whilst also creating and delivering initiatives (but not limited to) that will drive ED&I, employee well-being, development, engagement and high performance.

Here's a taste of what you'll be up to:

Developing and continuously improving initiatives to enhance our EVPDeveloping and implementing succession planning strategies that identify and prepare high-potential employees for future leadership roles, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives & promoting a diverse and inclusive leadership pipelineCoaching, supporting and providing feedback to managers and the People Team on complex people matters / EREnsuring our people are always listened to through formal & informal initiativesEvaluating and improving our people processesLeading the charge on well-being, diversity, equity and inclusion, fostering a workplace where everyone feels valued and respectedBeing the go to person for day to day HR support, handling ER issues with fairness and sensitivitySpotting any training needs & creating tailored development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilitiesKeeping the People admin ship sailing smoothly, including all payroll, benefits administration and record keepingWho are we looking for?Extensive experience in HR management roles in fast growth, value based culturesHigh levels of energy, inspiring, fast working, personable and confidentA hands on, roll your sleeves up approach with an ability to successfully monitor the "pulse" of our employees, ensuring a high level of employee engagementExperience partnering closely with all levels, providing leadership and direction on business decision-making, people management, problem solving and performance managementExperience creating and driving the People agenda in high growth businessesStrong emotional intelligence, with fine-tuned instincts and the ability to build trusting relationshipsAdaptable and flexible in your approach, you easily navigate ambiguous and rapidly changing prioritiesExperienced in leading organisational change initiativesOur hiring processTo maintain impartiality in the selection process and prevent bias from influencing shortlisting decisions, all applicants are systematically reviewed blindly by anonymising CV'sIf you're shortlisted, you'll have a call with Steph, our Talent ManagerYou'll have an interview or two on site, with Clara, our Chief People Officer, and Neil, our Chief Operations Officer.
