Your role:


Due to sustained growth and progress we are looking for a
STEM & CSR Lead to drive us forward into our next phase of maturity.

As a critical member of the Future Business & Strategy team you will develop and deliver an engagement strategy. You will also facilitate the governance framework and coordinate between STEM / CSR, Workforce Planning and Technical Outreach.


Key to this role will be your ability to build and maintain key academic and CSR relationships that have alignment to Northrop Grumman.

The role will also be key to positioning Northrop Grumman as an 'employer of choice' for aviation, engineering and cyber graduates.


About you:


With your previous experience working in a fast-paced environment along with your ability to engage collaboratively across multiple business areas, you will quickly become an integral part of our high performing teams based in Canberra or Brisbane.


You will have a strong understanding of how to effectively forge long-lasting and meaningful relationships to enable the broader corporate strategy.

Ideally you come from an HR, Marketing / Communications, Business Relations or STEM background (or similar) and have good experience in STEM and CSR and understand key issues.

Added bonus if you have experience in Defence or Aerospace, but not necessary.
