The Project


Lendlease is delivering the Sydney Metro Victoria Cross integrated station development which includes a 40-storey (plus 2-storey rooftop plant) commercial building above the station's southern entrance and enhancing North Sydney as a thriving commercial, residential and entertainment hub.

The Role


We are looking for an experienced Structures Site Supervisor who will be able to will take ownership of site safety management, developing short and medium range construction programmes as you coordinate multiple subcontractor trades to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality construction work.


With a trade or building background, you will be an experienced site supervisor/ Foreman with a record of delivering large scale projects with a reputable Tier 1 or 2 construction companies - having managed major components of the projects previously across structure, finishes & building services.


You will be able to demonstrate strong communication skills, and a collaborative nature, imperative to delivering complex environment projects safely, to high quality standards and within project budgets.


Requirements:

  • Trade or building background
  • Must have previous experience delivering major building projects
  • Clear and articulate communication skills coupled with an ability to manage stakeholders, both internally and externally
  • Previous experience managing finishes would be highly regarded
