Administration Officer

About The Role:
- Handle outbound telesales calls
- Monitoring of Website chat
- Invoicing & Debtor Follow Up
- Enter supplier bills into Accounting and save supplier bills in to Dropbox.
- Place purchase orders with suppliers
- Maintain accurate inventory records in liaison with the warehouse staff.
- Monitor and update the incoming stock database.
- End of Month Statement preparation and sending
- Solve challenges that may arise at any given moment and come up with suggestions to avoid them
- Managing office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed.
- Systematically filing important company documents.
- Register machine warranties and maintain a customer database.
- Scheduling meetings
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of Administration experience
- General accounting experience
- Procurement Experience
- Great with clients and giving customer service
- Analytical thinking and problemsolving abilities
- Selfmotivated, positive, and results orientated
- Accurate attention to detail
