About The Role:

  • Handle outbound telesales calls
  • Monitoring of Website chat
  • Invoicing & Debtor Follow Up
  • Enter supplier bills into Accounting and save supplier bills in to Dropbox.
  • Place purchase orders with suppliers
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in liaison with the warehouse staff.
  • Monitor and update the incoming stock database.
  • End of Month Statement preparation and sending
  • Solve challenges that may arise at any given moment and come up with suggestions to avoid them
  • Managing office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed.
  • Systematically filing important company documents.
  • Register machine warranties and maintain a customer database.
  • Scheduling meetings

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of Administration experience
  • General accounting experience
  • Procurement Experience
  • Great with clients and giving customer service
  • Analytical thinking and problemsolving abilities
  • Selfmotivated, positive, and results orientated
  • Accurate attention to detail
