Position Summary:


Join a prominent fashion retail company in Melbourne as a Data Entry Officer, where you will play a crucial role in processing purchase orders, automating product tagging, and managing stock.

Utilize your experience in data entry, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced skills in
Microsoft Excel such as Pivot tables and VLOOKUP, to deliver a seamless shopping experience for fashion enthusiasts who value the finest global brands.


Responsibilities:

  • Process purchase orders and create order files for uploading to the point of sale (POS) system.
  • Utilize VEND to automate product tagging and manage product associations.
  • Oversee stock management, including weekly stock reconciliation.
  • Manage product listings across various platforms.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Demonstrated work experience in data entry.
  • Previous experience in the fashion industry.
  • Familiarity with IT or finance backgrounds and basic coding knowledge.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong typing speed and accuracy.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent grasp of spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
  • Organizational skills with the ability to stay focused on assigned tasks.
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
  • Ability to commute to the office in Melbourne city from Monday to Friday.
  • Must have full work rights in Australia.
