We are a leading provider of high-quality strawberries on our 250-acre intensive horticulture farm located just north of Perth.

We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join our team.

As a Farm Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in operating and maintaining various farm machinery to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our intensive horticulture farm operations.


Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain farm machinery, including tractors, forklifts, sprayers, and other equipment.
  • Assist with planting, harvesting, and other farm operations as required.
  • Monitor machinery performance and promptly report any issues or malfunctions to management.
  • Adhere to safety procedures and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and communicate any concerns to management.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience operating machinery, preferably in a farm or agricultural setting.
  • At least 1 year of experience operating machinery, preferably in a farm or agricultural setting.
  • Ability to work long hours during peak seasons
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Experience:

  • Machine operating: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driver Licence (preferred)
