Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, the
Parts Interpreter is responsible for utilising expert technical and Caterpillar/Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) systems knowledge to interpret, and problem solve technical customer queries.


Location:
Perth Precinct (Reid Road - Perth Airport)

Roster: 5 Days 2 Off - 10.5hrs (Monday to Friday)

To be successful the following is required:

  • Demonstrated experience utilising multiple computer systems SIS, Navistar System, DBS and Technical Marketing Information
  • Professional level of computer literacy and data entry skills
  • Basic mechanical aptitude
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Adaptability including the ability to perform efficiently in different environments and with diverse tasks and people

Excellent time management skills
Desirable:

  • Previous experience working within a Caterpillar Dealership
  • Excellent Customer Service skills with experience within a similar customer service role within the Heavy Equipment industry.
  • Highlevel understanding of Caterpillar equipment and parts including Service Information System (SIS) legacy equipment and Olympian.
