We're looking for aSenior Product Manager
to join our team who is eager to help navigate market needs and deliver valuable solutions to our customers.
When you join our team, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with every aspect of the business.
From designers, product managers, and software engineers to sales, customer support, and clients - you'll have the opportunity to engage and work with a multitude of teams as you help build the future of Hearsay.
Your role will be to help solve for how our customers communicate and engage with clients to build stronger relationships and grow their business.
Regarding Hybrid Work:
We provide a lot of flexibility for working in a way that keeps our employees productive.
We have a great office in Mexico City that is available for those that want to work from there, or else with the company provided laptop it's possible to work from anywhere.
All we ask in return is being available to work from the office on the infrequent occasions where we have team meetings or out of town visitors, which can be as little as2-3 days/month.

Be responsible for understanding Hearsay's engagement channels and business platform; the client retention and growth lifecycle in a number of financial services sectors; and how to bring those together to drive success for advisors, agents, and the enterprises they representWorking with senior management and peers, develop product roadmaps, backlogs, and strategies to deliver the client retention and growth experienceLead your product scrum team to align on product value, strategy, priorities and success criteriaSpearhead collaboration between product, design, and development teams to solve complex problemsOwn the product metrics for your product, and work with the Data team to develop and monitor these key metrics to determine product health, usage and impact on our end usersUnderstand current and future market opportunities to ensure we're building the right things, now and over the long haulPartner with cross-functional teams to define meaningful business outcomesWork closely with customers, users, customer support, professional services, marketing, and sales to deliver features that are finely tuned to drive customer business valueAbout You:
Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in SaaSExperience in product lifecycle management, including the Agile framework with a preference for experience with Scrum and familiarity with its concepts and practicesComfortable translating product requirements and understanding technical concepts to drive effective collaboration with design and engineering partners and develop solutionsExperience leading collaboration between design, development, and business stakeholders to determine how to effectively address a problemAbility to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience in engaging with customers and leading product discovery sessions with outside stakeholdersKnow how to strike the right balance between delighting the user and delivering measurable ROI to the buyerPassion and work history in financial services strongly preferredDemonstrated strategic thinking and strong communication skillsSuccessful experience interfacing with cross-functional teams and customers to get to the underlying business problemsIt is a plus if you have:
