Speech Pathologist

The Speech Pathologist will be responsible for assessments, interventions and planning in the NDIS framework to improve participants' communication and independence. The role aims to provide a high-quality service in participants' homes or relevant places to help them achieve NDIS goals.
The Speech Pathologist will collaborate with an Allied Health Team, work autonomously, and focus on person-centered care to promote participants' wellness and decision-making in their care.
Responsibilities include meeting reporting and administrative requirements, adhering to policies, procedures, legislation, and NDIS Standards.
