Ventia is looking for a skilled Finance Administrator to join their Riggs and Well Services Business on a 6-month part-time contract in Toowoomba.
The selected candidate will handle efficient Accounts Payable Administration for the Senior Finance Administrator and support the finance operations for project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Reconcile vendor statements for assigned contracts and follow up on any outstanding items
- Aid in the prompt processing of Accounts Payable invoices & resolution of Procure-To-Pay
- Maintain necessary accounts payable systems, including spreadsheet templates and checklists
- Manage electronic and manual filing systems for accounts payable processes
- Prepare and submit vendor master data amendment requests
