Job Title: Early Childhood Educator at SDN Pyrmont

Work type: Full-time

What you'll do:

  • As a Diploma qualified Educator, you will work as part of a team to provide high-quality early childhood education and care to children and support the implementation of an approved learning framework.
  • Develop and maintain nurturing relationships, communicate positively with children, and promote positive behavior.

SDN Pyrmont is a 38-place center providing quality early childhood education in central Sydney. Housed in a historic building, we offer a unique village-like environment for children to thrive.

Who you are:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Current Working with Children's Check (NSW)
  • Knowledge of National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Framework
  • Experience in a similar role with excellent communication skills
  • Hold Senior First Aid Certificate with preference for Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates
  • Strong relationship building skills and understanding of Child Protection legislation
