About the role:

As a Network (Electricity Grid) Planning Engineer, your role will support leading the development of the electricity supply network to safely meet supply requirements, optimising costs, capacity, network performance and network losses.

Design, develop, and implement electrical engineering solutions for a variety of projects.
Conduct engineering analyses and evaluations of electrical systems.
Prepare technical reports and presentations.
Stay up-to-date on the latest electrical engineering standards and technologies.
A little about you:3+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on distribution networks.
Have a strong working knowledge of distribution networks, zone substations, and operations.
You stay up-to-date on network planning standards and technical developments in the electricity industry.
You have detailed knowledge of IT systems used for network planning purposes (load flow packages).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications and certifications:
