We have three clients that are looking to grow their Commercial teams.

The positions are open to

Residential Property Managers or A

ssistant Commercial Property Managers looking to grow their careers in Commercial.

Or maybe you're working in Commercial and looking for a company that offers more support including:
Administration (office based, not VA's)

Office Locations:

Inner North

Inner North/East

South Eastern

About You:

  • A love of working in property
  • Clientfocused with excellent customer service
  • Be able to work with highvolume process tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Highly organised and professional presentation
  • A passion for learning and want to continue to develop professionally and personally.

About the role:

  • Positions due to growth within the Commercial departments
  • Manage a selection of Commercial assets with support
  • Ensure Risk Management practices are applied
  • Ensure excellent communication with all external and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain efficient and tight control over the asset operating costs
  • Prepare and implement Budgets and Business Plans along with preparation of Owners' Reports
  • Maintain accurate records of correspondence and lease information
  • Reporting and documentation in line with client and organisational operational procedures including rental arrears and income monitoring, lease administration and record keeping
  • Oversee all operations and maintenance of the property
  • Monitor all property management timeframes and ensure all propertyrelated deadlines are met
  • Maintaining market pricing knowledge and changes to legislation affecting your area of responsibility
